This was an excellent attempt to bridge various elements of career management and career tools (aptitude tests, Interests, options) bringing together as one consideration set. It worked well for me in identifying aspects that we were in my “subconscious” or periphery. It helped open up possibilities that I didn’t previously or seriously consider. As I had done M-B and Strength Finders and PI, I had a good idea of my innate strength, aptitude and performance variables. Bringing into the equation the interest, values and dream career notions as strong variables for fulfillment and success are very important in helping me focus on other powerful possibilities or aspects of roles.
