They include solopreneurs, entrepreneurs with up to 25 employees, senior leaders, and founders of family offices and foundations. WEM is a 12-month program designed to give you the time, structure, and accountability to create lasting results. Each month builds on the next through coaching, community, and tools — helping you grow your business and your peace of mind.
Enrollment is a 12-month non-refundable commitment, as seats are limited and we hold your spot for the full year. This ensures every member who joins is fully committed to their growth and to the community experience.

Each Monthly Coaching Session is just 75 minutes, giving you clarity, structure, and strategies you can apply right away. You’ll also have access to additional Success Intelligence™ courses and tools, which you can explore at your own pace based on your interests and goals. Most WEM Members actually gain time through the program — learning to streamline, delegate, and create systems that boost productivity during the day and free up more time at night.
The LIVE Coaching Is Midday When I’m Working — Will There Be Any Evenings Or Weekends?
All LIVE coaching sessions take place over lunch, intentionally designed to make it easy to learn while you work.
We encourage you to join LIVE when possible (the energy is amazing!), but recordings are always available if you need to miss a session.
Will The Monthly Coaching Sessions Be Recorded?
Yes! Every session is recorded and uploaded to the secure WEM Platform.
You can revisit the content anytime — perfect if you’re traveling, working, or simply want a refresher.
